- Ali Shaath, leader of the Palestinian technocratic committee, pledged to act quickly and expects reconstruction to take about three years, focusing first on shelter under President Donald Trump's plan.
- The executive board named several high-profile U.S. and regional figures including Marco Rubio, Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner, Tony Blair, Marc Rowan, Ajay Banga, Robert Gabriel, Hakan Fidan, Ali Al-Thawadi, Hassan Rashad, Reem Al-Hashimy, Yakir Gabay and Sigrid Kaag.
- Facing security tasks, the Gaza Executive Board will work with the technocratic committee and an international stabilization force to manage reconstruction, governance, and ceasefire implementation while deploying a force to disarm Hamas.
