First homes at brand-new housing development now in place

The first homes at a new housing development near Studley have been built.

New development will sprout 265 homes in the Loris area

It’s spring, and the fields around Loris are growing single-family houses again. Sutton Farm will feature 265 single-family homes, ranging in size from 1,100-square-foot three-bedroom cottages to 2,500-square foot two-story homes with five bedrooms and two-car garages.
