First Debate Passes Draft Law that Protects Ecosystems of Putumayo

Yesterday the Fifth Committee of the House approved in first debate Bill 386 of 2024 that seeks to recognize the strategic importance of Putumayo due to its geographical location and its rich biodiversity.
