East West Partners and private equity partner Ascentris launched leasing for the first office building at Cherry Creek West, a 13-acre mixed-use redevelopment project. Dubbed One Cherry Creek, the eight-story building will offer 200,000 square feet of Class A office space and 19,000 square feet of retail.
