First Avenue Head Buys Minneapolis Building Housing Fine Line Music Venue

DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, JUL 22 – First Avenue expands its live music footprint by acquiring the Fine Line venue and adjoining Consortium Building for $3.2 million to consolidate ownership and management.

ST. PAUL — A group including First Avenue CEO Dayna Frank has purchased the downtown Minneapolis property containing the Fine Line music venue. The purchase was led by JoAnna Hicks of Element Commercial Real Estate, Frank confirmed.
