WEIRTON, W.Va. (WTRF) -- A fire is out at a Weirton shopping plaza after a truck hit a utility wire. Pictures on social media showed black smoke pouring out from behind the plaza off Three Springs Drive this afternoon. Crews received a call that a fire had started behind the Busy Beaver.
