ROCKY HILL, Conn. (WTNH) — A dumpster caught fire outside of a commercial building on Brook Street in Rocky Hill on Tuesday.  First responders reflect on what it means to honor fallen hero, grieving loss of Plainville firefighter Rocky Hill fire officials said the fire occurred at approximately 8 p.m. at 712 Brook Street.
