Libya's NOC warns of force majeure, Zawiya refinery shutdown if Drone Attacks Continue

- Following a drone strike on Saturday that punctured an untreated naphtha tank, staff had previously managed to contain the leak without fire or injuries within two days.
- Amid renewed clashes between rival armed groups in Zawiya and nearby Surman, the refinery expressed concern that military equipment on its premises poses serious risks to critical infrastructure.
