Tampa Fire Rescue (TFR) says six apartment units suffered damage from fire, smoke, and water following a fire on the 3900 block of W. Osborne Avenue.According to TFR, firefighters responded to a mechanic shop and scrap yard facility fire at around 6:18 p.m. Tuesday.
