DEHRADUN: Uttarakhand Governor Lt Gen (Retd) Gurmeet Singh and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday flagged off the first batch for the pilgrimage to Shri Hemkund Sahib Gurudwara from Rishikesh.
