Three lifeguards from the Haifa Municipality's Coastal Department and researchers from the University of Haifa rescued the adult sea turtle that was entangled in fishing line. The turtle, which was named after one of the rescuers, was transferred to intensive care at the National Sea Turtle Rescue Center in Mikmoret, where a lengthy rehabilitation process will begin to save its damaged body.
