February brings lots of winter fun to the region

In an unusual happenstance, both the communities of Seeley’s Bay and Rockport held their winter festivals on the same weekend this year – February 7-9. While the penguins invaded the FrostFest in Seeley’s Bay, the barn was the place to be for the Rockport Winter Carnival. No matter where you ended up, it was great family fun for all.
