The FCA has appointed Liam Coleman as interim chair of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) after a recruitment drive for the role proved fruitless. Outgoing chair Baroness Zahida Manzoor announced she was stepping down in February, with her current term finishing on 1 August.
