Fayetteville, WV (WOAY)- A Fayette County man is facing sex related charges involving a minor. Jesse Webb is charged with 3rd degree sexual assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The arrest occurred on Wednesday, March 25th, near Route 16 in Fayetteville, WV. Webb appeared before a magistrate in Fayette County. He is free after posting a $50,000 property /surety bond.
