Two people have died as a result of a two-vehicle crash on the Peak Downs Highway, about 20km north of Nebo, last night, 20 January. About 10.10pm, a westbound Toyota Hilux utility collided head-on with an eastbound Mitsubishi Triton. The 49-year-old male driver and sole occupant of the Triton was declared deceased at the scene, as was the 39-year-old female driver and sole occupant of the Hilux.
