Fatal crash on 94 West snarls freeway

A fatal crash on the 94 West around 5:45 p.m. Saturday closed three lanes and was still under investigation, said the California Highway Patrol. CHP said the crash took place on State Route 94 near the entrance ramp of Interstate 15. An overturned red sedan could still be seen on the freeway around 7 p.m. CHP did not say if the fatality was the driver or if other vehicles were involved.
