Disaster at the Nitzani Oz Interchange: A private vehicle collided with a truck on Highway 6, and the driver of the vehicle, 32 years old, was trapped inside, unconscious. Firefighters from the Netanya and Hadera stations worked for a long time to rescue him, but MDA teams pronounced him dead at the scene. "The vehicle was completely crushed - all we had to do was declare him dead," said an MDA medic.
The accident occurred on Highway 6 towards the Nitzani Oz interchange when a private vehicle collided with a truck. Firefighters from Netanya and Hadera stations worked to extract the young man's body from the private vehicle. Medical officials pronounced him dead at the scene. This is the second fatal accident tonight on Highway 6.
