Sialkot: The Agriculture Department has appealed to farmers to complete sowing of spring sugarcane by March 31. According to the department's spokesperson, Assistant Director (AD) of Agriculture, Dr. Iftikhar Hussain Bhatti, the ideal time for sowing sugarcane is from February 15 to March 31. However, due to climate change and temperature fluctuations, the sowing time can be changed as per requirement.
