Fargo and West Fargo will share the cost of improving intersections on Veterans Boulevard

WEST FARGO — The cities of Fargo and West Fargo will share the costs of upgrading the intersection of Veterans Boulevard and 40th Avenue South. A light for pedestrians to activate when crossing the road will be added at 40th Avenue South.
