A Swiss court on Friday found them guilty of providing unauthorised employment, giving meagre health benefits and paying low wages to the workers.

The Swiss court has sentenced Prakash Hinduja and his wife Kamal Hinduja to 4.5 years. His son Ajay Hinduja and his wife Namrata Hindua were sentenced to four years in prison.
