The Prime Minister must present a bill against social and fiscal fraud along with the draft social security finance and financing laws, with the aim of fighting "all optimisations".
In 2024, fraud represented almost 20 billion euros in losses for state funds. The Prime Minister therefore wishes to tackle this project and will present a bill to the Council of Ministers before mid-October for a review in Parliament before the end of the year.
