In no other federal state in the past year were nearly as many people caught at the wheel after cannabis consumption as in Bavaria. About one in two cannabis violations, which was newly registered in the roadworthiness register at the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) in 2024, was reported from the Free State.
