Students from Serbia have been shortlisted for the Sakharov Prize, awarded by the European Parliament for freedom of thought, and are competing with detained journalists Adrzhej Pocabut from Belarus and Mzia Amajlobeli from Georgia, and journalists and humanitarian workers from Palestine and conflict zones, the European Parliament announced today.
