On Wednesday the European Commission presented a new strategy with which it hopes to strengthen economic, political, technological and security cooperation between the European Union (EU) and India, just 24 hours after the Indian Army has participated in nuclear military exercises organized by Russia and Belarus.
The European Commission wants the EU to increase cooperation with India in areas including defense and security, trade, technology, innovation, and sustainability. The Commission announced this on Wednesday. "India is a crucial partner for the European Union," EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said during a press conference.
