If companies want EU money, they should also produce in part in Europe. This is what EU Industry Commissioner Stéphane Séjourn demands, and obtains approval from more than 1000 European economic and trade union leaders.
The EU's Industry Commissioner, Séjourné, is advocating for giving preference to European companies when awarding contracts. In a guest article for publications including Handelsblatt, Séjourné wrote that companies receiving public funds must be obligated to produce in Europe.
