Commissioner Kubilius: The EU is not planning any wars in space. But it must defend its satellites.

Europe will need to build capabilities to defend its satellites as adversaries have too many temptations to damage them, says European Commissioner for Defence and Space Andrius Kubilius.

Russia is ahead of NATO's arms-producing countries, so the alliance countries and Europe must increase defence spending in order to be in a possible conflict, as stated by the EU Commissioner for Defence and Space, former Lithuanian Prime Minister Andrews Kubilius, in an interview with El Pais.
