Estevan RCMP officer back to active duty after charges stayed

ESTEVAN — Charges have been stayed against a member of the Estevan RCMP Detachment.  Const. Kristopher McMahon had been charged with one count each of theft under $5,000, and for break and enter to a place and committing an indictable offence, stemming from an incident that occurred last year, in Estevan.
