Establishment of a Maximum Increase Mechanism for Certain Essential Foodstuffs

The Council of Ministers approved on 23 May the establishment of a maximum increase mechanism for a range of basic foodstuffs, in order to reconcile profitability for traders and accessibility for consumers, including margarine, butter, canned sausages, canned tuna, canned shrimp and pasta.
