English monolingual blue plaque in memory of Archdruid

A monolingual English-language blue plaque has been placed in Bridgend to remember Wil Ifan, Archdruid of Wales between 1947 and 1950. A minister, poet and broadcaster, the plaque has been unveiled in Park Street in the town to remember the late Reverend William Evans.
