In Nosy Be, Majunga or Ambanja, the population is experiencing difficult days of fuel supply in northwestern Madagascar. However, despite the context of the Middle East war, the Petroleum Group and the Hydrocarbon Office are tempering: "It is not a shortage, only a rationing". The arrival of the two petrol-loaded coasters should allow a return to normal in these areas.
