South Elgin Parks and Rec hosting ‘Puzzle Palooza’ The South Elgin Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting a “Puzzle Palooza’ competition from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, at Riverside Pizza and Pub, 456 Redington Drive, South Elgin.
