Election to the Unesco Executive Board: Congo will support the candidature of Firmin Edouard Matoko

During his meeting with his French counterpart, Jean-Noël Barrot, at the Quai d'Orsay in Paris, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, La Francophonie and Congolese from abroad, Jean-claude Gakosso, strongly and decisively confirmed that the Deputy Director General of Unesco for Africa, Firmin Edouard Matoko, was the candidate of Congo-Brazzaville and its President, Denis Sassou-N'Guesso.
