"This morning, Arvi was supposed to go to the sauna and then go to Tartu to see an ophthalmologist. From there, he would have been driven to a nursing home. He really wanted to go, because even with the help of a cane, he could only take a few steps at a time," says a neighbor about the man who lost his life in a fire on Tuesday night.
