Edward L. Allbee, 84, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2025, at the Avera McKen­nan Hospital and University Health Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Edward was born Oct. 31, 1940, on the family farm near Norbeck, South Dakota, to Ev­erett and Nellie (Penfield) All­bee. Edward, or “Ed” as most people knew him, was the youngest of 12 children.
