Educational crisis: "Student ID" for every child – what Black-Red is intended to do

The Union and SPD plan against the educational crisis includes the introduction of a "student ID" which systematically captures the "educational process" of all children. Above all, a group promises advantages. But is this even compatible with German data protection?
