- Addressing a press conference Wednesday, Satheesan noted that the letter contains "major" allegations against the trio, while The CPI accuses the agency of a political hit job.
- The Home Department has referred the matter to the Advocate General for legal opinion following internal apprehensions regarding the viability of a direct probe, and authorities await this guidance.
