Edgar County issues burn advisory due to drought conditions

EDGAR COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Edgar County Fire Chiefs are issuing a burn advisory throughout the county due to "extreme dryness and ongoing drought conditions," according to a press release. According to Paris Fire Department Chief Zack Janis, prolonged lack of rainfall, along with low soil moisture and humidity, has prompted the advisory.
