MONTEREY – The Highland County Economic Development Authority held its first work session Monday, primarily to discuss the need for more members and planning for the future.
The EDA had previously agreed to hold such works sessions, where no action was needed, at least once a quarter.
The authority’s bylaws call for seven seats and it was down to five members before two other members announced the end of their terms.
