ECU officials prepared for graduation traffic, weather

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) -- East Carolina's graduation ceremonies are set to take place Friday, local authorities are making sure those who attend know what areas to avoid to keep traffic flowing smooth. The ceremony at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium will begin at 10am with parking lots opening as early as 8am. 14th Street will be closed on Friday from 9am to 12:30pm from intersections at Elm Street down to Charles Boulevard.
