RAYNE, La. (KLFY) -- A man was arrested in connection with an Easter Sunday shooting on Lyman Avenue, Rayne Police Department said. Courtney Kendell Rogers, 35, was arrested and charged for attempted first degree murder, illegal use of weapons and aggravated criminal damage to property earlier today, police said.
