East Peoria prepares for 41st annual parade of lights

EAST PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- The 41st annual Parade of Lights is set to role through the streets of East Peoria Saturday, Nov. 22 at 6:30 p.m. The parade is the forerunner to the Folepi’s Winter Wonderland, the name standing for Festival of Lights East Peoria, Illinois.
