East Peoria police investigate suspicious activity at Kroger

EAST PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- East Peoria police went to a Kroger Monday evening to investigate alleged suspicious activity. Just before 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 5, officers with the East Peoria Police Department received a call from a woman who said a man had been following her, Deputy Chief Jason Ernst said.
