An earthquake of magnitude 6.2 on the Richter scale occurred North of Halmahera, Indonesia on Friday. The earthquake originating at a depth of 99 Km, was felt at 01:32:47 IST. No casualties have been reported so far. More details are awaited.

5.2 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Nepal, No Causalities
A 5.2-magnitude earthquake struck western Nepal today afternoon. The Nepal Earthquake Monitoring Centre said the quake struck at 1.45 pm and it was recorded in the Bajura district, 450 km west of Kathmandu.
