E-bikes, scooters could be regulated in La Crosse

The city of La Crosse is attempting to put some limitations on the use of electric bikes and scooters in public places. Under a plan approved Tuesday night by the city Judiciary and Administrative Committee, e-scooters could be permitted on sidewalks, except in downtown La Crosse.
