Dutch universities have fallen further in the Times Higher Education world rankings for the second year in a row. For the second year in a row, most Dutch universities have fallen in the world rankings. Three Dutch universities, including Radboud University, are in their worst position ever. The Times Higher Education magazine suspects the downward trend will continue as "budget cuts in higher education are starting to have a greater impact."
