The Netherlands pledged €300 million on Thursday for Ukraine's reconstruction and economic recovery in 2025 and 2026. Caretaker Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp announced the support during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) in Rome, which he and caretaker Prime Minister Dick Schoof attended on Thursday.
The European Investment Bank Group (EIB) and the European Commission announced a new €600 million financing package at the Conference on the Recovery of Ukraine (URC2025) today in Rome.

The Netherlands has announced a donation of 300 million euros to Ukraine to bolster its economy and assist in repairing damage from Russia's invasion. This commitment, made at a reconstruction conference in Rome, is part of a fund reserved for non-military support to Ukraine in 2025 and 2026.
The money comes from a €500 million fund reserved for non-military aid to Ukraine in 2025 and 2026. €200 million has already been spent from that fund.
The Netherlands to provide €300 million in aid for Ukraine’s recovery
Ukraine will be given 300 million euros this year and next year from the Netherlands for the reconstruction of the country. The money is meant to be used to restore the power and drinking water supplies, caretaker Prime Minister Dick Schoof and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Caspar Veldkamp, said on Thursday during an international conference in Rome.
