Durejko: We have no other option but to buy back Enefit Green shares

In order to restore the investment capacity of the entire group, Eesti Energia has no other option but to bring Enefit Green back into its ownership, said Andrus Durejko, CEO of Eesti Energia.

In March, investor interest in the shares of renewable energy company Enefit Green grew, which its main shareholder Eesti Energia is promising to buy out from investors for EUR 3.4. It rose in price by 22.53% over the month. The shares of another Baltic Stock Exchange flagship, Ignitis Grupė, reacted positively to the news of the intended delisting.
