A semi-truck driver’s rear wheel caught fire and spread to the nearby grass before fire crews contained it, Duncan’s assistant fire chief says. Chris Irving says the semi-truck driver was driving on the highway when he noticed something was wrong and pulled over on Chaster Road, just south of Duncan.
