Driver reached speeds of 95mph moments before fatal crash during police chase

Imran Sultan, 29, was driving erratically on the M65 in Lancashire. He left the motorway at the junction for the A56 and headed down Accrington Road. Imran lost control and mounted the pavement before crashing through a fence. He was taken to the Royal Preston Hospital, but was pronounced dead a few hours later. Toxicology tests revealed Imran was over the legal limit for alcohol at the time.
