The man who died in a crash while attempting to evade law enforcement has been identified. The crash unfolded around 2am Sunday along Cates Bay Highway near Johnson Street in Horry County. 39-year-old Travis Long crashed into a ditch, a brick sign, and several trees before ultimately crashing into a fence.
